What hospitality verification actually means
Photo Quality Assessment
AI evaluates every photo for lighting, staging, cleanliness, and professional presentation. Low-quality photos trigger revision requests before listing goes live.
Amenity Accuracy
We verify that listed amenities are actually present and functional. Claiming a pool that doesn't exist gets you delisted immediately.
Cleanliness Standards
Properties are assessed against hotel-level cleanliness standards. First-time hosts receive a cleanliness checklist before going live.
Quality Score (0–10)
